Vikas has gathered around 16 years of legal professional experience. He has started his legal professional career as practicing lawyer in 2002 and practice across various courts of Delhi, India. Later he joined inhouse counsel with Kuoni Travel Group, where he was heading the legal function for its inbound division SITA travel for South Asia.

He joined Adidas group in year 2012 as Legal Counsel, at a time of internal turmoil within the group company Reebok due to a financial fraud. Vikas has handled the police, Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) Enforcement Directorate (ED) instigations and restructuring of Reebok India during the crisis period 2012-13 and closely worked together with E&Y team for forensic audit. Later he has been transferred to Global IPR team direct reporting to APAC, Hong Kong. Vikas has conducted more than 18 Brand Protection awareness trainings for Law Enforcement Authorities (Customs and Police) in India and Sri Lanka and he has successfully implemented the Global brand protection programs in India & region, which ultimately resulted into massive seizures by Indian and Sri Lankan Customs, DRI. Vikas steadily monitors online activities at market places and social & phishing sites.
