An MBA from FMS, Delhi, Post Graduate from IIT Kharagpur, and an Engineer from NIT Rourkela, Rakesh Kher is driven by his strength in Business & People Management. With over 3 decades of extensive experience in varied industries (Automotive, Metals, Industrial Products and services), across all organizational functions, Rakesh is currently leading the aftermarket vertical of Uno Minda group.

Actively associated with ACMA committees of Globalisation & Aftermarket, he was involved in projects like “Accessing the Global Aftermarket Potential with focus on Africa, CIS & LatAM”. The project resulted in conceptualising the yearly event – “iautoconnect” which is a GOI initiative. Another area of contribution has been in “The Indian Automotive Aftermarket Study and the road ahead”. Rakesh believes, he is on a continuous quest of learning and exploration.
