Raju Kapoor, is the Director of Industry & Public Affairs with FMC India, Indian subsidiary of Philadelphia (USA) based global agricultural major- FMC Corporation.

He has 34 years of rich experience in the agriculture and chemical industry across various verticals and functions. He has diverse experience of having worked across Crop protection, Fertilizers, PGRs, Seeds, Animal Nutrition and Health products. He has led businesses & Profit Centers across various renowned corporates over the years and has built, grown and turned around various businesses over his career.

He is a keen contributor to the sustainability of food systems and agriculture. He has been actively involved in the areas of Public Policy, communication, marketing, supply chain management and general business management in his career.

Graduated from GB Pant University in Agriculture & Animal husbandry, Raju is an MBA in Marketing. Known for innovation management, he was last associated with Dow Agro Sciences leading its corporate affairs for South Asia. He is a regular speaker on matters of public policy and sustainability.
