Deepak Mittal is a Post Graduate in Food and Nutrition from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.

He has worked in the bakery industry for 12 years with M/s Britannia industries Limited and has also worked in operations front for a span of six years in bread, cakes & biscuit category. In addition, he has worked in Quality Assurance department for another six years taking care of Q&A activities for contract manufacturing units.

His area of interest has been in food safety at units and quality assurance activities in front end supply chain. He was instrumental in getting all finished product ware houses certified for ISO 22000 in North India in year 2005 to 2007.

Currently he is heading Quality Assurance of Dairy Business with Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetable Private Limited.
