Aroon Nayagam has had a chequered career of 28 years’, spread across diverse fields. He is currently working in Future Supply Chains solutions Ltd as the Head - Loss Prevention, Quality, Health and Safety. He is heading the function for the past four and half years.

Prior to his assignment in Future Supply Chains Solutions, he worked for two years in Reliance Retail, Reliance Brands, Reliance Cash & Carry and Reliance E.P.C. (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).

He has in-hand experience in controlling and preventing losses and also investigating case of frauds and implementing mechanisms to prevent occurrence of fraud in supply chain and allied fields.

With his vast experience in the field, he has customized computer aided measures and analytics to aid fraud investigation. This has been successfully introduced in his current company to monitor the movement of materials. He has also been responsible in his role to analyse corporate risks especially in relation to employee fraud, vendor fraud to name a few and has successfully put in place processes and procedures to curtail organizational risks.

He is an MBA in Materials Management and a Black Belt in Six Sigma (Process Excellence).
