Ajey Shrikant Shiledar is an Industrial Engineer with PGDM in Marketing & Global Management. He has over 22 years of rich experience across Lighting, Consumer Durables, Mobility & Infrastructure sectors in blue chip companies of repute, namely GE Lighting, Videocon, Philips, LG Electronics, Toshiba, Hindware & Michelin. At present, he works with Jindal Stainless in the capacity of Chief Marketing Officer.

He has gathered cross cultural business, work & people management experience having worked with true blue multicultural conglomerates of US, Europe, Japan, Korea & India.

Ajey started his corporate journey way back in 1990s, still in his college, as a ‘Demonstrator’ selling BPL Washing Machines. The tryst with Sales & Marketing started then.

Being a topper from University in Industrial Engineering & of PGDM Institute since its inception gave Ajey immense confidence to excel & perform in his professional life.

Starting with sales, Ajey moved on to become a seasoned Product Manager, Brand Manager, Media Manager & eventually saw his destiny calling in Corporate Marketing. Through the journey, he was named by his various employers as their nominee on various industry bodies like CEAMA, ATMA, ISSDA etc.
